Vortex mixer is widely used for mixing and extraction in laboratories and laboratories of various colleges and universities, scientific research and production enterprises, such as environmental monitoring, medical and health care, petrochemical, video, metallurgy, etc., and is suitable for mixing liquids.

To ensure safety, before using the vortex mixer, it is necessary to confirm that the power socket is well grounded. When using, the staff should wear work clothes to prevent the glass container from being broken by mechanical vibration force, or the body, hair, clothes and jewelry from being involved.

When using the hand-held brace, be sure to hold the instrument with your hands, keep the instrument as stable as possible, and prevent the instrument from moving, resulting in liquid splashing. We need to keep the sample tube as vertical as possible. During mixing, please drag and apply the minimum pressure required. When handling multiple samples, please use accessories.

The mixer should be placed in a spacious and ventilated area, and ensure that the workbench is stable, clean, anti-slip, dry and fireproof. Do not operate the instrument in explosive environment, dangerous substances or underwater.

Before starting work, we need to adjust the speed control knob to the minimum and gradually increase the speed. During operation, please operate in the indicated area. Continuous operation requires operation in the low speed area and jog operation requires operation in the high speed area. If the instrument resonates during oscillation, it is necessary to reduce the speed as soon as possible. If the rotating speed is too high, resulting in liquid splashing, or the instrument is unstable and starts to move, the rotating speed must be reduced.

Before each work, we should check whether the mixer and accessories are damaged, and do not use damaged parts. When shaking a single sample with accessories, please put the oscillating container in the center. When shaking multiple samples, please splice the oscillating container and distribute it on the accessories. Before installing/replacing accessories, power off is required.

The mixer will generate heat during use, which is a normal phenomenon. We should avoid using containers with sharp edges to wear the mixing head, and prevent bumping and squeezing the instrument or accessories, so as to extend the service life of the mixer.
