Scope of application
Low-temperature thermostatic bath is widely used in bioengineering, medicine, food, chemical industry, metallurgy, chemical analysis, petroleum and other fields. Provide users with a test tool with high precision, controlled and uniform temperature. It is an ideal low-temperature constant temperature bath for research institutes, colleges and universities, factory laboratories and quality inspection departments.
Main technical indicators
The technical parameters of the low-temperature thermostatic bath include: temperature control range, temperature control accuracy, bath volume, digital display resolution, pump flow, and operating voltage. These parameters are the main basis for selecting a suitable low-temperature thermostatic bath. The temperature control range and bath volume are the main selection parameters. The temperature control range generally includes - 5~100 ℃, - 10~100 ℃, - 20~100 ℃, - 30~100 ℃, - 40~100 ℃, - 50~100 ℃, - 60~100 ℃ and other different temperature ranges, The temperature can be set arbitrarily within this range; The bath volume is generally within 10L, 10L~20L, 20L~30L, or more. These two parameters are the main parameters that customers should consider when selecting low-temperature thermostatic bath. Only when the temperature and volume are determined can we select a suitable product for customers according to their needs.
At present, most low-temperature thermostatic bath products on the market use the control panel of LCD screen, which has the functions of digital display, simple setting, convenient operation, temperature calibration, alarm and signal display. The cold liquid in the tank can be led out, and the test container outside the cooler can be cooled. The temperature can be set quickly by touching the soft key, and the operation is convenient. Upper window LED digital display temperature measurement value; Lower window LED digital display temperature setting value. The microcomputer corrects the deviation of the temperature measurement value and has an overtemperature alarm system. These are the factors to be considered when selecting models. Most of the constant current products can meet the needs of customers.
4、 Environmental requirements
The thermostatic bath shall be placed on a solid workbench; No vibration and harmful gas; The room temperature should be relatively stable and should not fluctuate from high to low, affecting the temperature control accuracy; The room temperature should be around 25 ℃, not more than 30 ℃ (especially the thermostatic bath of - 40 ℃, - 65 ℃, - 80 ℃). Too high room temperature will affect the heat dissipation of the compressor, reduce the refrigeration efficiency, and easily cause failure; If you feel that the cooling rate slows down after the thermostatic bath has been working for a period of time, you should remove the plastic mesh plate of the thermostatic bath and remove the dust from the compressor and cooling plate.
5、 Precautions for use
1. Add liquid medium into the tank before use, and the liquid level of the medium should be about 30mm lower than the workbench; The low liquid level will damage the heater when it is powered on.
2. The selection of liquid medium in the tank shall comply with the following principles:
① When the working temperature is 5~85 ℃, the liquid medium is generally water;
② When the working temperature is 85~95 ℃, the liquid medium can be 15% glycerol aqueous solution; Oil shall be used when approaching or reaching 100 ℃;
③ When the working temperature is lower than 5 ℃, the liquid medium is generally alcohol or frozen liquid;
3. After the refrigeration switch is turned off, the refrigeration switch should be turned on again at an interval of 15~25 minutes (depending on the ambient temperature);
4. Power supply: 220V 50Hz, power supply power should be greater than the total power of the instrument, and the power supply must have a good "grounding" device;
5. The instrument shall be placed in a dry and ventilated place, and there shall be no obstacles within 300mm around the instrument;
6. When the working temperature of the thermostatic bath is low, keep your hands away from the bath to prevent frostbite;
7. After use, put all switches in the off state and cut off the power supply;
8. The instrument shall be cleaned regularly to keep the working table and operation panel clean;
9. Observe the liquid level in the tank frequently. When the liquid level is too low, add liquid medium in time.
