After the temperature is reduced, it enters the evaporator of the refrigeration system and undergoes a second heat exchange with the refrigerant vapor, so that its temperature drops to near the evaporation temperature of the refrigerant. The basic process of freeze-drying with Shanghai Yetuo pilot freeze-drying machine:
1. Pre frozen material: Freeze all liquid water in the material into ice crystals;
2. Sublimation drying: Turn on the vacuum pump to make the material plate in a vacuum state. If bubbles are found on the surface of the material, it indicates that it has not been pre frozen and must be re pre frozen; Run the preset freeze-drying process and let the machine automatically run the entire freeze-drying process;
