Sterile homogenizer is also known as beating homogenizer, or sterile homogenizer. The sterile homogenizer makes the process of extracting bacteria from solid samples very simple. Just add the sample and diluent into the sterile sample bag, and then put the sample bag into the beat-type homogenizer to complete the sample processing. Effectively separate uniform samples of microorganisms contained in the interior and surface of solid samples to ensure that all samples are mixed in sterile bags. The treated sample solution can be directly sampled and analyzed, without the risk of sample change and cross contamination.

What are the precautions for the use of the beating sterile homogenizer? I will explain it to you in detail today:

① The power plug of the sterile homogenizer must be firmly plugged in place. If it is loose, it may affect the computer controller and cause a crash. In case of a crash, please turn off the rear power switch and restart it after 3 minutes.

② Please do not open the homogenizer door at will when hammering the plate to avoid overflow of sample liquid. Press the "On/Off" key to stop the equipment automatically. When the door is closed, press the "On/Off" button again, and the equipment will automatically complete the rest of the work.

③ If the instrument is not used for a long time, cut off the power supply and unplug the plug.

④ The bottom of the homogenizer door is designed to prevent accidental rupture of the homogenizer bag and facilitate the cleaning of spillage. The bottom is empty and can be placed with a drip pan. Therefore, do not use your hands to reach into the bottom during the operation of the instrument to avoid wringing your fingers.

⑤ Before the machine is running, please check whether there is any foreign matter in the homogenizing box to avoid failure and damage to the homogenizing bag during operation.

⑥ Hard, bony and ice-like substances should not be used to avoid damaging the homogeneous bag.

⑦ The storage of the instrument and homogenization bag should be protected from direct sunlight, especially the homogenization bag should be stored in a place without sunlight or ultraviolet radiation to avoid aging.

⑨ When the amount is small and the speed needs to be accelerated, when the homogeneous fiber is tough, the distance between the clapping plate and the viewable window can be adjusted by the rear knob to achieve better homogenization effect.
