The core working principle of Shanghai Yetuo pure water hydrogen generator is SPE pure water electrolysis+multi-stage gas water separation purification+intelligent constant pressure control. The entire process is alkali free and only pure water is added, directly turning water into 99.999% (relative oxygen content) high-purity hydrogen.
1、 Core technology: SPE solid polymer electrolysis (alkali free pure water)
The core component is SPE electrolytic cell, equipped with titanium metal electrodes and solid proton exchange membrane, without the need for alkaline solution, only adding ≥ 2M Ω deionized water/secondary distilled water.
Electrolyze water after power on:
Anode (+): oxidation of water molecules → oxygen+hydrogen ions, oxygen is directly released.
Cathode (-): Hydrogen ion reduction → high-purity hydrogen gas, which enters the gas water separation system.
Chemical reaction: 2H ₂ O → 2H ₂ ↑+O ₂ ↑
Key advantages: no alkali corrosion, pure gas production (oxygen content<0.1ppm), and full ring protection.
2、 Complete workflow (from water to high-purity hydrogen)
1. Pure water supply: Pure water from the water tank is automatically sent to the anode chamber of the electrolytic cell.
2. Electrolytic gas production: After electrification, the anode produces oxygen (venting) and the cathode produces hydrogen.
3. Gas water separation: Hydrogen gas with trace amounts of water enters the hydrogen water separator, undergoes centrifugation/settling to remove water, and the water returns to the water tank for circulation.
4. Drying and purification: Hydrogen gas is deeply dehydrated through molecular sieve/silica gel drying tubes, with a purity of 99.999% (relative oxygen content).
5. Constant pressure and stabilization: The intelligent control system automatically maintains constant pressure and current, with pressure fluctuations less than 0.001MPa; Ready to use, no gas production.
6. AN full output: With multiple AN designs including anti backflow, overpressure protection, and one-way valves, high-purity hydrogen is stably output.
3、 Intelligent control logic (stable+energy-saving)
Built in pressure sensor for real-time monitoring of output pressure.
When the pressure reaches the set value (such as 0.4MPa), the electrolysis will automatically stop; Pressure drop → automatic resumption of gas production.
Fuzzy automatic tracking: Flow automatically matches gas demand without waste or emptying.
