3、 Operation and usage steps
1. Power on inspection: Place the device on a stable surface, connect the power supply, check that there are no foreign objects in the centrifugal chamber and rotor, and that the pipe rack is securely installed.
2. Sample loading: Load the sample into a centrifuge tube (with a liquid volume not exceeding 75% of the nominal capacity), symmetrically place it on the tube rack, and ensure overall balance after loading.
3. Parameter setting: Close the cover and use the panel buttons to set the speed, centrifugation time, and up/down gear. The RCF value can be directly set and the equipment will automatically convert the speed.
4. Start up operation: After confirming that the parameters are correct, press the start button, and the equipment will automatically balance and start running. During operation, observe the equipment status and ensure that there are no abnormal vibrations or noises.
5. Shutdown sampling: After centrifugation is completed, the equipment automatically shuts down. When the speed returns to zero, press the unlock button to open the machine cover, remove the centrifuge tube, and complete the sample separation.
6. Shutdown cleaning: Turn off the power, clean the residual samples in the centrifuge chamber and tube rack, and keep the equipment clean and dry.
4、 Daily maintenance and precautions
1. Regularly clean the centrifuge chamber and rotor, and wipe them with anhydrous ethanol to prevent sample residue from corroding the equipment. Before cleaning, be sure to cut off the power supply.
2. Check for cracks and wear on the rotor and tube frame. If damaged, replace immediately. Do not use deformed or damaged centrifuge tubes.
3. When the equipment is running, it is forbidden to open the hood or move the device, and overloading the sample is prohibited. Ensure that the operating environment is ventilated and dry, with a temperature of 15 ℃~30 ℃ and a relative humidity of ≤ 80%.
4. If the equipment experiences abnormal vibration, noise, or alarm, immediately shut down the machine and cut off the power supply. After troubleshooting, use it again and do not operate with faults.
When the equipment is not used for a long time, the rotor should be removed and stored properly, the power should be cut off, the body should be covered with a dust cover, and placed in an environment free of dust and corrosive gases.
