In the fields of biopharmaceuticals, food processing, and material research and development, freeze-drying technology is a key link in preserving sample activity and ensuring product quality. With excellent functional performance and convenient operation design, Shanghai Yetuo's new desktop freeze-drying machine has become a new choice in the industry.
In terms of performance, this new desktop freeze dryer equipment from Shanghai Yetuo has outstanding refrigeration efficiency. It is equipped with a two-stage compression refrigeration system, with the lowest refrigeration temperature reaching -60 ℃ and a fast cooling rate. Under no-load conditions, the temperature can be reduced from room temperature to -40 ℃ within 30 minutes. It can quickly freeze the moisture in the sample into a solid state, avoiding the destruction of the sample structure by large ice crystals - which is crucial for the preservation of active substances such as biological enzymes and probiotics, and can retain most of their biological activity. At the same time, the vacuum system of the equipment adopts a rotary vane vacuum pump with a vacuum degree of less than 10Pa and stable vacuum degree. During the drying process, sublimated water can be extracted, greatly shortening the drying cycle. Taking 500ml liquid samples as an example, traditional equipment takes 24 hours to dry, while this only takes about 18 hours, significantly improving work efficiency.
In addition, the temperature control accuracy and intelligence level of the equipment are also worth paying attention to. It is equipped with high-precision platinum resistance sensors, with a temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃ and supports multi-stage program temperature control. Users can set temperature and time parameters for freezing, sublimation, and analysis stages according to the drying needs of different samples. For example, when processing medicinal samples, they can freeze at -45 ℃ for 2 hours, then heat up to -20 ℃ for sublimation drying for 8 hours, and finally complete analysis drying at 0 ℃ to ensure uniform drying effect. The equipment also has full functions such as overload protection, over temperature alarm, and vacuum degree abnormal prompt. When the refrigeration system pressure is too high or the vacuum degree suddenly drops, the equipment will automatically shut down and issue an alarm to avoid equipment damage and sample loss.
In terms of usage, the operation process is simple and easy to understand, even beginners can quickly get started.
The first step is sample preparation. The sample to be dried needs to be loaded into a freeze-drying bottle or tray, and the thickness of the sample should not exceed 10mm to avoid uneven drying. If the sample is liquid, it needs to be pre frozen in a -20 ℃ freezer for 1 hour in advance to reduce equipment freezing time.
The second step is to start the device. After turning on the power switch, first set the cooling temperature on the touch screen (usually set to -40 ℃). After the temperature display stabilizes, place the sample in the drying chamber, close the chamber door and tighten the sealing valve. Then start the vacuum pump and observe the vacuum gauge value. When the vacuum degree drops below 20Pa, enter the next step of program setting.
The third step is program execution. In the "Program Editing" interface of the touch screen, multiple parameters can be set according to the sample type. Taking protein solution samples as an example, the "Freezing Stage: -50 ℃, 3 hours; Sublimation Stage: -25 ℃, 10 hours; Analysis Stage: 5 ℃, 5 hours" can be set. After setting, click "Start Program", and the device will automatically run in stages. During the process, temperature, vacuum degree, remaining time and other data can be viewed in real time through the touch screen. The fourth step is to end the operation. When the program displays "completed", first turn off the power of the vacuum pump, slowly open the vent valve (to prevent air from quickly entering and damaging the sample), wait for the air pressure in the chamber to return to normal pressure, open the chamber door to take out the dried sample, seal and save it, then turn off the main power of the equipment, clean the inner wall of the drying chamber (use a dust-free cloth dipped in 75% alcohol to wipe it), and complete the entire operation process.
Whether it is small batch sample processing in the laboratory or batch drying needs in small production workshops, we can provide reliable solutions for users with stable performance and convenient operation, helping to smoothly carry out research and production work in various fields.
