Product Overview:


The COD reflux digester uses a glass burr reflux tube instead of a spherical reflux tube, and uses air cooling technology instead of tap water cooling. The cooling part is mainly completed by a burr condenser tube and a fan. The upper part of the condenser tube is spherical, and the catalyst is added here to prevent the instantaneous volatilization of light components in the sample. The lower part is "burr" shaped, with two opposite spherical condenser tubes protruding from the condenser tube wall on a plane. In addition, the dual effect of the cooling water inside the upper spherical reflux tube and the fan inside the machine ensures the reflux cooling of the sample.


This instrument strictly follows the determination steps specified in the standard analysis method of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of China, HJ 828-2017 Determination of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) in Water Quality - Dichromate Method (replacing GB 11914-89), and specifies the conditions and indicators of the method, such as heating and digestion time, solution acidity, dosage of oxidants and catalysts. Following the basic principles of international standards (ISO) and national standards (GB), ensure the digestion operation of reflux heating and micro boiling for 2 hours, and the preparation and addition of reagent solution comply with the dichromate method specified in HJ828-2017 by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, ensuring reliable and accurate analysis results.
