Product use
It is a portable viscometer with convenient use and stable performance. The flow cup and outlet are made of corrosion-resistant materials. Coating 4 viscometer this instrument is suitable for measuring the kinematic viscosity of Newtonian or similar Newtonian fluid coatings. It can also be used for comparative measurement as needed.
Product features
1. Ndj-5 viscometer is made of brass with a capacity of about 100ml. Its geometric dimension and inner wall roughness comply with the provisions of GB / t1723 determination of paint viscosity, and its bottom is an outflow hole of stainless steel.
2. Correction coefficient K: multiply the viscosity measured by the corrected viscometer by the value of K, which is the condition measured by the viscometer. The correction factor K shall be within 1 ± 0.03, otherwise the viscometer shall be replaced. The viscometer shall be calibrated regularly according to the frequency and degree of its use.
3. The difference between the measured value of the outflow time of the standard viscosity solution with known kinematic viscosity from the ndj-5 viscometer and the computer shall be within ± 3% of the calculated value.
