1. Outlet water quality
The ultrapure water machine shall be selected according to the actual water quality requirements.
There are three kinds of water quality in the national laboratory standard: first grade water, second grade water and third grade water, but most laboratories can only use two kinds of water quality;
Grade III water: such as distilled water, used for cleaning glassware, etc.
Primary water: mainly used for chemical analysis or liquid phase, atomic absorption and other precision instrument analysis.
2. Inlet water quality
The process of ultra-pure water machine is determined according to the quality of raw water.
There is a lot of sediment, so pre-treatment device should be added; High hardness, softening device shall be added;
With high salt content, secondary reverse osmosis shall be adopted.
Generally, the influent water quality is divided into urban tap water, deionized water, reverse osmosis water, distilled water and pure water.
3. Water consumption
The water production capacity of the commonly used ultra-pure water machine is generally 5-20L/h.
The specification of the ultra-pure water machine should be selected according to the actual water consumption, and generally follow the principle of double relationship.
