As a key equipment for solvent treatment in the industrial field, the standardization of the operating process of Shanghai Yetuo solvent plant directly determines the processing efficiency and safety. The entire operation revolves around the three core stages of "preparation operation closing", and through precise control of each step, achieves stable and efficient solvent treatment.


During the startup preparation phase, three core tasks need to be completed. Shou first checks the equipment status. Operators need to inspect the device body, pipeline interfaces, valve switches, and electrical circuits one by one to confirm that there are no damage, looseness, or leakage issues. At the same time, they need to check whether the instrument panel indicator lights are normal and eliminate the fault warning. Next is the confirmation of raw materials and parameters, checking whether the purity and concentration of the solvent meet the process requirements, ensuring that the liquid level of the raw material storage tank is within the full range of 30% -80%, and then presetting key parameters such as processing capacity, reaction temperature (usually 25-60 ℃), pressure (0.1-0.3MPa) in the control system. Zui will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the entire facility, testing the sensitivity of emergency shutdown buttons, all valves, and explosion-proof devices. The ventilation system will be activated, and flammable and explosive materials in the work area will be cleared to establish a solid defense line for subsequent operations.


The operation phase relies on the intelligent functions of the device to achieve automated control. After starting the feeding program, the raw materials are filtered by a built-in precision filter (with a filtration accuracy of 5 μ m) to remove impurities, and then smoothly transported to the reaction kettle by a variable frequency feeding pump. The flow error can be controlled within ± 2%. The temperature control system uses PID intelligent regulation to monitor and maintain the stability of the reaction temperature in real time. When the temperature deviates from the preset value by ± 0.5 ℃, the heating or cooling module is automatically activated for correction; The pressure sensor continuously collects data, and when overpressure occurs, it will trigger the pressure relief valve to automatically reduce pressure, ensuring the safety of the equipment. At the same time, the stirring device adaptively adjusts the speed (50-300r/min) according to the characteristics of the solvent to ensure thorough mixing of the materials and improve the uniformity of the reaction. Operators only need to monitor various data in real-time through the touch screen, recording temperature, pressure, processing capacity and other indicators every 20 minutes. In case of abnormalities, emergency procedures can be activated with one click.


The final stage of shutdown should take into account both equipment maintenance and environmental safety. After the solvent treatment is completed, the system automatically prompts to shut down. The operator first closes the feed pump, and after the pressure in the reaction kettle drops to normal pressure and the temperature drops to room temperature, opens the discharge valve to import the finished product into the storage tank. At the same time, samples are taken to test the purity. Unqualified products need to be collected separately for rework. Then start the automatic cleaning program, select the corresponding cleaning agent according to the solvent type, and perform cyclic flushing on the reaction kettle, pipeline, and filter to avoid residual materials affecting the next operation. After cleaning, turn off the main power and gas source, clean the work site, fill in the equipment operation log, mark the next maintenance time and key inspection areas, and ensure that the device is always in good standby state.
