PH value: PH value is an indicator of the acidity or alkalinity of water. The pH value of high-purity water is usually very close to neutral, around 7.

Dissolved gas content: The gas content in high-purity water should be very low. Pure water machines usually reduce the gas content in water, such as oxygen and carbon dioxide, through air filtration or other methods.

Organic pollutants: High purity water should be almost free of organic pollutants. By detecting the content of organic carbon (TOC) or specific organic compounds, the level of organic pollutants in high-purity water can be evaluated.

Microbial load: In some applications, such as life science experiments, it is necessary to detect the microbial load in high-purity water to ensure that the water quality meets the requirements.

Ionic analysis: Using methods such as ion chromatography to analyze the presence and concentration of specific ions in high-purity water, such as chloride ions, sulfate ions, etc.

Particulate matter: There should be very few particulate matter in high-purity water. By using devices such as particle counters, the particle content in water can be evaluated.

The design and performance of a pure water machine will directly affect the purity of water. Evaluating the purity of pure water requires combining different measurement methods and ensuring that the obtained water quality meets the requirements of the desired application.
